The bassline at 00:48 hits as hard as an alcoholic stepdad. The overall atmosphere evokes a sense of a mad scientist's laboratory, experimenting on unsuspecting victims. The mixing could certainly be refined in later projects but this will take a lot of time to learn so don't worry about it now because you did a great job!

BTW your song is relaxing and I love the nostalgic feeling and the ambiance of the drums, it sounds like someone walking over a sunset on the beach remembering the good old days when they were young.

Catchy melodies, a great mix, and a fantastic atmosphere. There’s a slight imbalance in the gain staging, but I can hear all the instruments clearly. It’s rare to find someone with the talent to create such legendary melodies that stick in your head all day. I really love the guitar playing and the overall feeling of the song. Great job, you definitely deserve 5 stars. Honestly, I’d love to have a guitarist like you on my songs to execute my ideas. I’m more of a piano guy, and I spend hours trying to record just 30 seconds of guitar! haha

Appreciate it man! I do strive to make melodies :D so glad it's noticed man. I wish I could play piano really well, that would be mad fun haha. I can only utilize piano via VST usage. I love the instrument.
