The bassline at 00:48 hits as hard as an alcoholic stepdad. The overall atmosphere evokes a sense of a mad scientist's laboratory, experimenting on unsuspecting victims. The mixing could certainly be refined in later projects but this will take a lot of time to learn so don't worry about it now because you did a great job!

BTW your song is relaxing and I love the nostalgic feeling and the ambiance of the drums, it sounds like someone walking over a sunset on the beach remembering the good old days when they were young.

Melodies are great, as are the music's ambiance and intention. I would add some drums to make it hit harder but in general is a great song!
